In the first half of 2026, Elika Consulting Group (ECG) demonstrated strong resilience and strategic momentum, pivoting toward high-impact international and regional partnerships across New Zealand, Australia, the Indo-Pacific.
Through our work with partners such as DFAT Australia (Pacific 4 Aviation), The Pacific Community (SPC), Ministry Business Innovation and Employment, and Auckland Council, we delivered bespoke governance training, evaluation research, and system-wide capability upgrades. Our position as an Ōrākei Local Board Award Finalist, combined with a 100% positive participant rating and a 9.37% growth in social audience (2,277 followers), highlights ECG's commitment to delivering culturally centered excellence with real-world impact.
This is our second ECG Pulse, which measures across 6 months our heartbeat of impact demonstrating our project performance, team capability and client satisfaction.

2026 Performance Highlights
Strategy Vitality: Expanded international footprint across Australia and the Pacific, while maintaining operational resilience and lean fiscal management.
Engagement Pulse: Led community capacity initiatives, including the Pasifika Play Plan Engagement for Auckland Council’s Manurewa Local Board.
Evaluation Health: Delivered regional Arts Needs Assessments across Manurewa, Papakura, and Franklin alongside Pacific Business Export & Trade Research for MBIE and Auckland Council.
Innovation BPM: Developed and Delivered international governance and leadership training for Pacific aviation and tourism leaders through Pacific 4 Aviation (partnered with DFAT Australia), and strengthened workforce capability for The Pacific Community (SPC) through streamlined onboarding systems.
Client Satisfaction & Impact: Recognized as an Ōrākei Local Board Award Finalist, expanded social reach to 2,277 followers (+9.37%), and achieved 100% positive feedback across all client workshops.
