With a rich background in project management and economic development in the Pacific region, Tupe brings a wealth of experience garnered from her work with esteemed entities such as United Nations Development Programme (Samoa), the Samoa Chamber of Commerce and Pacific Trade Invest (PTI) NZ. Notably, her tenure with PTI NZ involved facilitating grants programs and fostering engagement with Pacific exporters to facilitate their entry into the New Zealand market.

Tupe's academic background includes a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science and Development Studies with a minor in Environmental Studies from Victoria University Wellington, complemented by a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Auckland Business Graduate School of Management.
Tupe brings a multicultural perspective to ECG's operations, enriching the consultant's approach to its diverse client base in New Zealand and beyond.
